Join us at the inaugural Standard Bank Supplier Development Summit and Recognition Awards, where we will highlight the positive influence of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across various sectors.
Embodying the theme “Rise Above the Noise,” the summit will tackle the challenges faced by SMEs in a competitive marketplace with the aim to guide enterprises towards success.
The summit will provide SMEs with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and access to resources that will enable them to overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities. We assembled industry leaders who will share knowledge to enable SMEs to navigate the business landscape with innovation and resilience.
The Awards will take place after the summit where we will celebrate extraordinary SMEs, disruptors, change makers, and leaders who excel in the Standard Bank Supplier Development programme.

Whether by providing employment opportunities, supporting local causes, or driving socio-economic development, thereby demonstrating a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals and communities.
Category 4: Digital Transformation
Acknowledges BSMEs that have leveraged digital technologies and strategies to enhance their supplier development initiatives. This award recognizes BSMEs that have effectively harnessed digital platforms, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and innovation within their supplier ecosystem.
Category 5: Resilience
Acknowledges BSMEs that have been able to adapt to changing circumstances and continue operating despite setbacks e.g. COVID – 19, loadshedding, unfavourable economic conditions.
