The public violence which played out in South Africa just a few weeks ago and while the country still finds itself grappling for answers over the slow rate of COVID-19 vaccines has again raised the vital question about leadership in both the public and private space.
It’s of course easy to play the blame game, however scapegoating serves little purpose and brings no real solution to the myriad of intractable problems the country must deal with.
