The ILO Global Wage report’s 2018/19 shows that women across the world are paid at least 28% less than men for doing the same job. South Africa is no different. 

It is one of the leading countries with the world’s highest wage inequality. Why? And importantly, how do we identify and tackle corporate cultures that entrench gender pay gaps.
