Consumer Goods & Services Ombud 2023/24 Annual Report Launch
About
Join the Business Day Dialogues where the CEO for Consumer Goods & Services Ombud Ms. Queen Munyai will deliver its 2023/2024 Annual Report. The report will highlight the work achieved and the challenges faced in ensuring that the rights of consumers and vulnerable groups are considered and upheld. Among the most notable examples are the number of complaints received by the sector, with e-commerce generating the most consumer complaints. Reaching those consumers furthest behind is essential in promoting fairness and preventing exploitation.
